20140928 11:27PM : I found a error with OTA-Updater when you clean flash the Miui 4.9.28. I forgot to add OTA Updater Application. So I made a OTA-Fix patch for Clean Flashed Users.

If you are using 4.9.21 now, You can update your ROM via OTA-Update-Center (non Official Miui Updater)

Flashing instruction

Factory Reset - ROM - KERNEL (Optional) - Reboot

If you don't have signal after flashing, go to setting - stock setting - Korea Hiddenmenu - Change CDMA registration type to USIM (Not NV)

I recommend Philz touch as recovery.
If you want to use cool kernels at Kitkat Based Miui, use jolla-kernel or Solid kernel.
